What's Wrong With This Picture???
Those who know me well know that I'm not terribly choosy about the television shows that I will watch. Last year, I got into a series called Friday Night Lights, about a football team in Texas. Although I am not a fan of football itself, the show had all the right elements for me - some action, drama, occasional comedy, and several love interests. I had been anxiously awaiting the series premiere which came on last night. This coincided with a surprise birthday party for a friend - HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RUSTY!! No problem - the DVR was already set to record. I'm sitting on the couch reading today when Clint reminds me that we have that first episode to watch. Excitedly, I tell him that I'm almost at the end of my chapter. A few pages later, I put my book down and am pumped about finally watching Friday Night Lights (a show about football, I say again). He says..."Hold on, America's Next Top Model is almost over. I gotta see the end."

oh... that's funny...
I was expecting you to say that your DVR had not recorded the episode or something...
Like last week when I began watching like 5 backlogged episodes of Will & Grace and apparently the President decided to do a state of the blah blah blah address that aired on every channel therefore precluding the regularly scheduled programming and keeping me from my daily DVR'd dose of W&G!!!
But lucky for you your husbands just a Renaissance man :)
You know, Casey, I can appreciate a Renaissance man just as much as the next person, but have you ever SEEN America's Next Top Model??? There's nothing Renaissance about that!
I was thinking the same thing as Casey...that your DVR didn't record. That's hilarious he was watching that. I am an ANTM fan and have noticed Matt will watch it with me sometimes. hmmmm.....
I admittedly LOVE that show. The photo sessions are always so cool. :)
Okay...so apparently what is wrong with the picture is that I am the only person who is NOT a fan of ANTM. Guess this round goes to you, Clint...
Who would've guessed???
